JUDGMENT

1. The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL 58/A 5614, applied for temporary permit on the route KozhikodeKooderanhi-Chettikadavu the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-11/T 5118 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No. KL 58/A 5614 on the route Kozhikode-Kooderanhi-Chettikadavu in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-11/T 5118.

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that regular permit in which temporary permit was granted was cancelled six months' back. In any event, Field Officer's report has been called for to ensure whether there is need for service.
