J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks for issuance of temporary permit in a defaulted vacancy. In fact, the default occurred in the regular permit only since the permit holder is deceased. There is, in fact, an application for transfer of permit upon which, an application for temporary permit was also made, which was however, declined by this Court. In the circumstance of there being an application for transfer of permit, it cannot be proper for this Court to grant any temporary permit in the defaulted vacancy, pending such application.

Writ petition is dismissed.
