JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a report was submitted by the 2nd respondent recommending the formation of a new panchayat, the Government have not taken any decision so far on the representation.

3. When the writ petition was taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited prayer for a direction to the Government to dispose of Exts.P3 to P5 at the earliest.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Government to dispose of Exts.P3 to P5 after

WP(C)3175/15 -:2:- affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. It shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment along the copy of tExts.P3 to P5 documents before the respondent to facilitate an early action.
