JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non consideration of Exts.P4 and P6 applications wherein the petitioner has sought for conversion of Fast Passenger Service as Limited Stop Ordinary Service (LSOS). The petitioner's route allegedly is of 110 kilometres falling beneath the restriction of operation of Fast Passengers alone in routes extending beyond 140 kilometres.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the applications have been received and forwarded for report of the Field Officer.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the KSRTC submits that the applications may be considered after hearing the KSRTC also.

4. In the above circumstances, the report of the Field Officer shall be expedited and the matter shall be considered, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment, after hearing the KSRTC also.
