JUDGMENT
The petitioner had approached this Court challenging the action of the respondents in blocking the e-service facility granted to the petitioner, for non payment by the petitioner of Kerala Value Added Tax dues that were confirmed against him.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.02.2015, this Court had issued an interim direction to the 4th respondent to restore the e-service facility to the petitioner on the petitioner remitting an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the 5th respondent.
3. Today when the matter was called up, it was reported that, the said amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was paid by the petitioner and the 5th respondent has resumed the e-service facility to the petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, with the restoration of the e-service facility, the grievances in the writ petition stand redressed.
