J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to easy instalments to pay the amount due to the third respondent Bank.

2. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in 8 equal monthly instalments starting from 31.3.2015. The coercive steps in execution of the Award obtained by the third respondent Bank against the petitioner shall be put on hold if the conditions are complied with in time. The coercive steps can continue if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed above.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
