JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as HSA (Maths) in an aided school on 2/6/2008. Approval for that appointment was rejected by the DEO. Thereafter, the petitioner was further appointed in another vacancy as HSA (Maths) from 1/6/2009. Approval for that appointment was also rejected by the DEO. The petitioner was shifted to another vacancy with effect from 1/12/2009 upto 31/3/2010. It was approved on daily wages. It is submitted that thereafter the petitioner was appointed in regular pay scale with effect from 1/6/2010. Petitioner submitted that she has been now given approval with effect from 1/6/2011. Challenging the earlier orders declining approval, the petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P11. Petitioner seeks early disposal of Ext.P11.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of

W.P.(c).No.3339 of 2015 : 2 :

Ext.P11, after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the school ,within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
