JUDGMENT

The petitioner who is working as an empanelled conductor seeks regularisation in the services of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner is one of the candidates in the list prepared by the Kerala Public Service Commission even though unadvised. The claim of the petitioner is rested on the judgment in WP(C) No. 27566/2013 as confirmed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No. 101/2014.

2.

It is for the respondents to advert to the decisions aforequoted and take a decision on the question of regularisation. Ext.P3 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
