JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks for a temporary permit in a defaulted vacancy. The petitioner is a third party who seeks operation on the basis of a temporary permit in a regular permit in which the permit holder is deceased. There is also an application said to be pending, filed by the legal heir for transfer of the regular permit. In any event, since the renewal and the transfer would have to be considered, the petitioner could be issued with a temporary permit as of now. The learned Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that the petitioner has been issued with a temporary permit till 19.02.2015 on which date the permit expires. Definitely, that is sufficient as of now and the further issuance of temporary permit will depend upon the continuance of the regular permit.
The writ petition would stand dismissed.
