JUDGMENT

S.N.V. U.P. School, Selliampara is a Corporate Educational Agency. As per the bye law, they elected a Manager. The term of the Manager was only three years. Sri.Bijimon was the Manager chosen by the Corporate Educational Agency and his period was over on 18.6.2014. The Corporate Educational Agency again selected Sri.Bijimon for another three years term. Sri.Bijumon made an application for approval of the appointment as the Manager of the S.N.V. U.P. School, Selliampara by Ext.P3 before the Assistant Educational Officer, Adimaly. This was rejected by Ext.P4 by the Assistant Educational Officer. Thereupon, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 appeal before the Director of Public Instructions. The only request made by the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P5.

W.P.(C) No.3396 of 2015 2 Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
