JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks consideration of a temporary permit application in a defaulted vacancy. Learned Government Pleader submits that the Filed Officer's report has been called for and the same would be considered, expeditiously. In such circumstances, the Field Officer's report will be expedited and the matter will be considered within two weeks from today.
