The petitioner has prayed for general directions in the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner on approaching a Bank with a title deed was refused a loan for reason of the mandatory provisions under the Registration Act, 1908 having not been complied with. There is no prayer to facilitate such mandatory provisions, to be complied with on a specific cause of action in the case of the petitioner. Further there is no representation for the petitioner.
For all the above reasons, the writ petition would stand dismissed.
