JUDGMENT

The petitioner is operating in two identical routes with two stage carriage regular permits. The petitioner seeks interchange of timings. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, report has been called for from the Field Officer. The application for change of timings was filed on 10.12.2014. In such circumstances, the Field Officer's report shall be expedited and the matter considered, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition disposed of.
