JUDGMENT

Petitioner was appointed as Sales Girl at Pookot Lake Tourist Resort in the year 1992. Thereafter the petitioner was posted as a Receptionist and transferred to Pookot Lake Resort.

Petitioner is subjected to disciplinary proceedings. During the pendency of enquiry, the petitioner was suspended. Thereafter the petitioner was dismissed from service. It seems that, thereafter the petitioner has been reinstated by Ext.P1 order. Ext.P1 is order passed by the Government directing the petitioner to reinstate the service. The present grievance of the petitioner is to obtain monetary benefits accrued to the petitioner on the date of reinstatement, i.e., on 17.01.2013.

It is submitted that she is entitled for getting entire monetary benefits during the period in which she was kept out of service and also other service benefits for all

-2W.P.(C). No. 3510 of 2015 other purposes. Petitioner raised grievance by Ext.P2 before the 4th respondent.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P2 in the next meeting itself. If not possible to take the decision in the very next meeting, it shall be taken in the meeting immediately thereafter.
