JUDGMENT

The petitioner retired from service on 25.11.2013 as Associate Professor, College of Agriculture. Petitioner has approached this Court on account of non disbursement of pensionary benefits.

Learned standing counsel for the University would submit that on account of financial constrains they are unable to discharge the entire liability to the petitioner. It is submitted that they need at least one year time to pay the entire liability.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the University to pay the entire pensionary benefit due to the petitioner on or before 30.06.2015.

It is open for the University to pay the entire amount in equal monthly instalment or lump-sum. However, if University fails to pay the amount within the time limit as
