JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Ext. P4 representation with the second respondent alleging levy of excessive interest by the first respondent bank. The petitioner has also a contention that the payments already made have not been given credit to by the first respondent bank.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation with notice to the petitioner as well as the first respondent bank. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
