JUDGMENT

The petitioners sought for his survey sketch and plan in regard to their property acquired. It is reported that an appeal is pending in this regard for enhancement of compensation before the District Court, Palakkad. The Government Pleader points out that all the records pertaining to acquisition including the survey plan and sketch are available therein.

It is open to the petitioners to apply for a copy of the survey plan and sketch from the records in the court below. Any application made by the petitioners in this regard shall be entertained and the available survey sketch and plan be furnished to the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of.
