Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State Attorney.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the first respondent to afford adequate protection to the life of the petitioner from the threats and violence on the part of respondents 2 to 4.

According to the petitioner, 2 nd respondent was an employee of the petitioner. Petitioner has filed a complaint Ext. P1 before the Circle Inspector of Police. A perusal of the

W.P. (C )No. 3614 of 2015 -B complaint does not indicate that there is any offence committed.

4. Learned State Attorney submitted that Ext. P1 complaint has not been received so far. We do not find any good ground to issue any direction as prayed for. We only observe that if any offence is committed or attempted, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint.
