JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions has submitted that the petitioner was never called to the police station. It is submitted that the motor cycle, belonging to the petitioner's son, was involved in crime No.125 of 2014. In connection to which notice was issued to the son of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner was never summoned to the police station. Learned counsel for the petitioner has come up with the writ petition complaining that she was called thrice to the police station.

WP(C) No. 3633 of 2015 -:2:- In view of the facts as stated above by learned Government Pleader and submissions made by him, we do not find that it is a case of police harassment. The Writ Petition is closed.
