Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State Attorney.

This Writ Petition has been filed alleging police harassment. The petitioner prays for a direction to the first respondent not to harass him by summoning him to the office of the first respondent or before his subordinate officers. 3.

The learned State Attorney submitted that on a complaint received from the 2 nd respondent, parties were summoned to the Police Station and after considering the issue

W.P. (C )No. 3694 of 2015 -B they came to an opinion that the matter is coming under the jurisdiction of Aluva Police Station and the parties may approach the Station House Officer, Aluva Police Station.
