JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue occupancy certificate for the cellar floors and ground floor of the building constructed by the petitioner based on Ext.P1 building permit and Ext.P2 approved plan and to allot door numbers to the building constructed by the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to avail the electric connection to function the hospital and other consequential reliefs. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the 2nd respondent has on 30.5.2015 issued ownership certificate to the petitioner and allotted door numbers as XI/246 A, B, C of Karimkunnam Grama Panchayat. Since no further orders are required, this writ petition is closed recording the above statement.
