J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are the holders of Ext.P1 permit for constructing residential building in their property. For the purpose of construction, they have to remove and transport some portion of earth, for which they require 'P Forms'. 2.

In the light of Ext.P2 G.O. there shall be a direction to the Geologist to issue 'P Forms', after being satisfied about the genuineness of the petitioners' claim, without insisting for No Objection Certificate from the District Collector. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps. Sd/- P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
