JUDGMENT

Petitioner was appointed as Lower Primary School Assistant in a resignation vacancy of the 5th respondent with effect from 01.10.2012. The appointment was rejected by the 4th respondent. Thereafter, Manager approached the appellate authority. Appellate authority remanded the matter to the 4th respondent for his decision. The 4th respondent reiterated the earlier decision. Thereafter, again an appeal has been preferred by the Manager before the first respondent. Ext.P8 is the appeal. But no action has been taken by the first respondent on Ext.P8 appeal. Petitioner prayed for an early disposal of Ext.P8. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P8 appeal after hearing petitioner and the 5th respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Writ Petition is disposed of.
