JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-10/A D 9429 on the route Kondotty-Chemmad. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 request for revision of timings of his service. It is submitted that, last revision of timings of the petitioner was in the year 2006. Petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.
2. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the
WP(C).3791/15 respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carriage operators adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that any revision made shall be subject to implementation of D3 Circular.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
