The petitioner is aggrieved with the non issuance of granted permit evidenced by Ext.P1. The permit itself has been granted on 28.11.2014. Definitely the Secretary, RTA would take sometime to settle the timings. In such circumstances, the RTA shall settle the timings positively within a period of three months from today, in a properly scheduled timing conference, failing which permit shall be issued on the proposed timings subject, however, to the finalization of the timings.
Writ petition disposed of.
