J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of regular permit granted on 12.11.2014. When timings were not settled for two months, the petitioner filed an application for temporary permit, which is evidenced atExt.P2. The petitioner prays that timing conference be convened expeditiously and timings settled and in the meanwhile, temporary permit be issued on the proposed set of timings.

2. Considering the circumstances of the grant, it is directed that the petitioner's timings would be settled at any rate within one month from today and if that is not possible, the temporary permit will be issued on the basis of the proposed timings, subject however to finalisation in a properly convened timing conference.

The writ petition is disposed of.
