JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-55/B 4146 who was granted temporary permit upto 14.2.2014 and had made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit for four months, by Ext.P2. Though the said application has been made on 3.2.2014, it is submitted that no steps are taken thereon.

In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to re-issue temporary permit as sought for in Ext.P2 for a period of four months, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
