J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"(i)issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P4 on merits, affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, reclassifying the land as converted land, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court;
(ii) issue such other writ, direction or order as is deemed just and necessary in the facts, features and circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.
Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits. 4.
After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
WP(c). No.3908 of 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps.
