Today, when the case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent is no more and that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to prosecute W.P.(C). No.34446/2014 which is pending consideration before this Court.
