JUDGMENT

The issue involved in the writ petition stands covered by the decision of the larger Bench of this Court in Jomon v. Tahsildar, Muvattupuzha Taluk and Others [2015 (1) KHC 1]. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the 'G' Forms submitted by the petitioner, for the period during which the vehicle was in custody, and adjudicate the issue with regard to the tax liability of the petitioner during the said period, if not already considered. The respondent shall pass appropriate orders in the matter within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
