JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied before the Geologist for permission for transportation of the red earth. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage enabling the petitioner to approach police authorities after obtaining permission from the Geologist.

Recording the above submission, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
