JUDGMENT
The petitioner had approached this Court challenging the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against her for recovery of the amounts allegedly due from her deceased husband. A statement has now been filed by the 3rd respondent, wherein, it is stated that the recovery notices, that are impugned in the present writ petition, have been returned for effecting certain corrections and hence, the said notices are not in existence now. The writ petition is, therefore, closed as infructuous by recording the statement of the 3rd respondent that, the notices impugned in this writ petition are not in existence now.
