JUDGMENT
The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No. KL-58/M9123 in the route Mandankavu-Thalassery-Vadakkumbad HSMahepalam. The timings of the service was last alloted on 13.9.2007, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P1 dated 31.12.2014. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of her application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner,
W.P.(C)No.4021 of 2015 -:2:- in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say the petitioner and any other rival operator who objects to the revision shall be heard before such consideration. The revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made as per D3 Circular. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
