JUDGMENT

The petitioners, in all the aforesaid cases, were colleges affiliated to the M.G.University, seeking extension of affiliation to the selffinancing colleges. In all the writ petitions, separate interim orders were granted, directing the University to consider the application for grant of affiliation for the years 2009-10 and 2010-11, without insisting for the No Objection Certificate from the Government of Kerala and agreement with the Government of Kerala.
