JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the appointment to the post of 'Adichuthali' (Sweeper) in the service of the Sree Vellavu Kavu Dakshinamoorthy Temple.

2. The petitioner submitted an application for appointment to the post of 'Adichuthali'. The petitioner submits that Ext.P4 Circular issued by the first respondent Board should be followed for making appointment in various posts in the Temple under the Malabar Devaswom Board. However, violating the norms, the fourth respondent has been appointed. The petitioner raised a complaint before the first respondent by Ext.P6. In view of the pendency of Ext.P6 before the first respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The limited request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P6.

In view of the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take up Ext.P6 and dispose the same after hearing the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
