JUDGMENT
The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No. KL-6C/144 in the route Chathannoor-Ummannoor. The timings of the service was last alloted on 7.9.2013, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P1 dated 7.1.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above
