JUDGMENT

The limited prayer urged on behalf of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 6th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation that is stated to be pending before him.

2. I have heard Sri.Unnikrishnan.S., learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Sobha Annamma Eappen, learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made across the Bar, I direct the 6th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation preferred by the petitioner before him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. It is made clear that, coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P2 demand notice, shall be kept in abeyance, till such time as orders are passed by the 6th respondent and communicated to the petitioner.
