J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

By this writ petition, the petitioner prayed for quashing Ext.P1 tender notice and Ext.P2 special notice making certain amendments in the tender condition. The petitioner claims to be a member of the Co-operative Society. The tender and the change of tender condition can be challenged by the affected parties and not at the instance of the petitioner. We are satisfied that the present writ petition cannot be entertained as a public interest litigation.
