JUDGMENT
Petitioner was appointed as a part time Sanskrit teacher in the permanent vacancy of Sanskrit post with effect from 18.06.2013 and appointment was approved by the AEO on daily wage basis from the date of appointment. Petitioner submits that vacancy is having sufficient duration to become eligible for the regular pay scale. Accordingly, petitioner approached the District Educational Officer, Malappuram by way of appeal. Ext.P2 is the memorandum of appeal.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 appeal within a period of two months after hearing the petitioner and Manager and pass appropriate orders.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
