J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of the application for revision of timings.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the application itself was filed on 29.01.2015 and the petitioner was issued with a notice for hearing. Neither the petitioner nor his representative appeared before the authority. In such circumstance, no mandamus can be issued.
The writ petition would stand dismissed.
