J U D G M E N T
Limited relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to consider Ext.P5 application submitted by the petitioner before the 1st respondent seeking alteration of the conditions stipulated in Ext.P3 permit, with respect to timing of the transportation.

Heard; Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents. Considering pendency of Ext.P5 before the 1st respondent it is just and proper to direct disposal of the same within a time limit.

Therefore this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P5 and to take an appropriate decision, if necessary after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest possible, at any rate within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
