JUDGMENT

Petitioners are working as Pre-primary School Teachers. The complaint in this writ petition regarding meagre amount being paid as honorarium for the service rendered by them as Pre-primary School Teachers. It is pointed out that during 2012-2013 there were less than 30 students and on account of this, they were not paid honorarium. It is submitted that there are more than sufficient number of students for all the years except for the year 2012-2013 and they are entitled for honorarium. The petitioners raised their grievances before the second respondent by Exts.P6 to P8 representations. In view of the fact that the petitioners grievance are pending before the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate

W.P.(C) No.4223 of 2015 2 decision on Exts.P6 to P8 after adverting to the relevant materials placed by the petitioners. One of the petitioners shall also be given an opportunity of hearing by the second respondent before final decision is taken in this matter. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
