JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non issuance of granted regular permit as per Ext.P1, on the route Tirur-Kalikavu in respect of vehicle bearing No.KL-18-4217, for reason of non-settlement of timings. petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to issue the regular permit which was granted on 28.05.2014.

2. Heard both sides. The regular permit definitely can be issued only after the settlement of timings. Considering the fact that the same has been pending before the authority for long, the Secretary shall endeavour to settle the timings, after due notice and by convening a proper timing conference, within a period of two months from today failing which, the permit shall be issued on the proposed

WP(C).4269/15 timings subject, however, to finalization of timings, in a properly convened conference.

Writ petition disposed of.
