JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this court with the present writ petition, aggrieved by a denial of employment pursuant to a charge sheet that was served on the petitioner initiating disciplinary proceedings against him. When the matter was taken up for orders today, the learned counsel for the respondent Board produced a copy of the order dated 25.05.2015 indicating that the Board had since decided to drop the proceedings against the petitioner, and to reinstate him in service forthwith. Taking note of the said order dated 25.05.2015 of the Devaswom Commissioner, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed by noting the contents of the order dated 25.05.2015 and directing the 2nd respondent to issue consequential orders regarding the posting of the petitioner as also payment of allowances, if any, due to the petitioner.
