JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest dues, in respect of which the proceedings were initiated against him by the respondent Bank, have since been remitted and as of now there is no threat of any dispossession. Under these circumstances, he wishes to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to his rights to approach this Court in the event any subsequent cause of action arises.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner referred to above.
