J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"To issue a Writ of mandamus commanding third respondent to pass orders on Ext P5 appeal, in the light of Ext P7 report and Ext P8 judgment of this Hon'ble court, within a time limit fixed by this hon'ble Court." 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner filed Ext.P5 appeal before the 3rd respondent and the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent to have it considered and finalised within a reasonable time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 4.

After hearing both sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 appeal, subject to satisfaction of other requirements, if any, in accordance with law, and also in the light of Exts.P7 and P8 and such other relevant materials. It shall be

WP(c). No.4403 of 2015 done, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent Panchyath, as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate, within a period of 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 3rd respondent for further steps.
