JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary steps to stall the illegal activities of respondents 5 to 8.
b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 representation.
c) Pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to issue and the petitioner may pray from time to time."
2. In view of the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondents 5 to 8, in so far as the merit is not intended to be considered by this Court at this stage.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the grievance projected by the petitioner by way of Ext.P7 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the shortest possible time.
W.P.(C) No.4411 of 2015

The writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other contesting respondents, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the concerned respondent, for further steps.
