Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment and interference in the petitioner's carrying on business of money lending. In paragraph 9 of the writ petition the petitioner has made certain allegations that the police authorities have directed the petitioner not to accept the title deed as additional security for higher denomination amounts. In paragraph 9 there are no details of any date of incident or any name of person.
3. Learned State Attorney submitted that in fact a complaint was filed against the petitioner by one Sainaba on which both parties were summoned by the Police authorities. Both the parties thereafter appeared before Police and have intimated that they have settled the matter. Thus police has closed the complaint.
WP(C) No. 4417 of 2015 -:2:-
4. On the allegations made in the writ petition, we do not find any ground in which Police has interfered in the petitioner's carrying on business.
