JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court alleging non disbursal of honorarium to her service as primary school teacher in the Government L.P.School, Edavattom. The petitioner submitted that in the light of the judgement of this Court in W.A. No.205/2011, she is entitled to a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as honorarium. Petitioner made a request in this regard before the Government by Ext.P9. Petitioner submits that she has necessary qualification for appointment as pre-primary teacher. She further submits that she is entitled for the honourarim at Rs.5,000/-. 2.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,submits that the first respondent so far has not received Ext.P9. The Government will consider the same when it is received.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of the judgement before the first respondent to take

WP(C) No.4425/2015 appropriate decision. Needful shall be done by the first respondent within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the writ petition together with the judgement, after hearing the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
