JUDGMENT

On 30.5.2013 a memo was filed by the learned counsel for the first respondent to the effect that the first respondent expired on 21.5.2011. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take necessary steps to implead the legal heirs of deceased first respondent, the Registry has reported that the petitioner is yet to take any steps in this regard. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of the repeated letters he is yet to receive any instruction from the petitioner. Since sufficient time has already been granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps to implead the legal heirs of the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as abated.
